The present research seeks to identify and prioritize improvement plans through organizational empowerment approach in Hormozgan Public organizations. Research in terms of purpose is developmental and applied, based on a hybrid method of exploratory type. In the first stage, the qualitative method is used and the research field is formed by the Hormozgan Public organizations. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 23 experts were selected through targeted sampling and snowball and participated in the research. Data were collected by semi-structured interview and Theme Analysis method was used to analyze the data. In the qualitative section, a model was developed to identify organizational improvement plans in Hormozgan province's public organizations. Accordingly, 15 improvement plans were identified as a model implemented by a Public organization in Hormozgan province. In the second stage, with emphasis on quantitative method, the data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire from the supervisory board of the organization, which includes 52 senior managers, deputies, middle managers, heads and supervisors of the units. To measure the indexes and prioritize the plans were used respectively AHP and TOPSIS techniques in the fuzzy environment. The results show that among the extracted improvement plans, the plan "Establishment of Knowledge Management System" is considered as the most important plans for implementation. Plans for the “ development of the system of offers” , “ strategic plan revision” , “ customer relationship management system deployment” , and “ the design of a comprehensive staff incentive system. . . .

Industrial companies face stiff competition in global markets nowadays, so they invest in R&D projects to survive in the market and to reach the competitive advantage, but few of them succeed. To evaluate the success of R&D projects and strive to improve them, unique criteria are required that are tailored to the specific characteristics of those projects. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the success criteria of R&D projects in Iran's Petroleum Industry Research Institute as the largest research institute in Iran. At first, the criteria for success in research and development projects were identified through a literature review as well as semi-structured interviews with experts from the Petroleum Industry Research Institute and then prioritized using the Fuzzy analytical hierarchical process. According to the results, 6 main criteria and 17 sub-criteria were identified for the success of these projects, which three criteria including technical, organizational and technology-knowledge among the main criteria and four sub-criteria including user satisfaction, creditworthiness, compliance with employer requirements and Impact on business organization among the identified sub-criteria, acquired the highest priority.

Purpose: The science of interpretation, as the most important science responsible for understanding the Qur'an, needs to be methodized and updated so that the teachings of the Qur'an can be used easily for all classes of people. In the present study, the meaning of "future research in interpretation" is the ability to create desirable models for more efficient interpretation in the future, by using scientific tools, creativity and relying on the foundations and rules of interpretation and compensating the damages of interpretation in the past.Method: This research, with descriptive analytical method, answers the question, what are the fields and requirements of future research in interpretation? Findings: The results of the current research are based on the fact that special attention to the Qur'an, as the most important source of interpretation, rationality and methodical consideration in interpretation, attention to the prerequisites of interpretation, interpretation based on the requirements of the time, the need to pay attention to thematic interpretation, studying on the history of interpretation and observing the manners and conditions of interpretation are one of the most important requirements of interpretation in the future. Results: Considering the developments that will take place in the field of knowledge, methods and expectations from science in the future, the interpretation will also change. For this reason, in order not to cause various damages to the interpretation of the Qur'an, it is necessary to pay attention to the various contexts, principles and requirements of the interpretation of the Qur'anic commentators and scholars.

Background: Setting research priorities is an important process in management of health researches. If this process is carried out based on the goals and values of the health system, the actual needs will be properly met. This study is aimed to determine research priorities of Kerman Medical Sciences University.Methods: In this documentary study, content analysis method was used. The study was base on upstream documents, which were selected purposefully. Data collection tools were checklist and a researcher-made questionnaire.Results: Research priorities were identified in two categories of structural - organizational studies and environmental researches. The first category of research priorities included human resources, budget management, research management, organizational structure, facilities and physical space, knowledge management, information technology, business processes and organizational culture and the second group of research priorities included health supporting environments, community empowerment, equity in health, the quality of services, and health culture.Conclusion: Setting research priorities based on upstream documents review is a favorable method to determine priorities consistent with actual needs. In this method, priorities will be determined based on goals and values of the system and the existing needs and problems. Using the integrative approach of documents review and utilizing beneficiaries' involvement is also recommended to obtain better results.

2Background and Aims: Journal of Dental Research is among the dentistry journal with the highest impact factor. This study aimed to map the most important topics for journal editors and readers. Materials and Methods: The world's active research topics in the field of dentistry related to the Journal of Dental Research in the last 5 years were extracted from SciMapper's SciTrends. Also, we clustered the most cited papers in that journal to show the most important research topics for the journal editors and readers. Results: We identified and mapped 11 active international research areas in the field of dentistry and related to this journal. Among 146 faculty members of the school of dentistry, 12 had at least one article related to the most active research areas in the journal. In this regard, they had similar articles elated to the 7 clusters out of 13, but their articles are mainly related to the clusters 7 and 19. Among the investigated faculty members, nine had directly collaborated with 21 authors of the mapped clusters. Moreover, 12 faculty members could also connect to the 126 authors with articles in that journal through their scientific collaborators. Conclusion: One way to publish in a top international journal is to know the most active and interesting research areas for the journal editors and readers. About 8% of the school of dentistry faculty members at Tehran University of Medical Sciences had some research related to the Journal of Dental Research.

With the beginning of the era of urbanization and its increasing development, other cities are known as the most important human settlements.Therefore, research needs assessment and prioritization of research, according to the problems of the cities, can be an effective step in recognizing and solving the existing problems. The aim of this research is to assess the research needs of geography and urban planning and prioritize them. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of methodology. The statistical population of the research includes 15 professors and doctoral students in the field of geography and urban planning in Yoda, whose opinions have been used. The results obtained from the opinions of the statistical community led to the compilation of 58 research titles, each of these titles in the form of five groups ((socio-cultural), ((ecology and environment), ((financial and economic)), ((physical and spatial) and infrastructure) and (politics, management and technology) were categorized. In order to weight and rank these issues, Shannon's entropy method has been used. In the following, after the weight ranking, each of the subjects was examined in terms of the frequency of publication of articles during the period of 1390-1399 in the indexing database of scientific articles .The results of prioritizing and weighting the subjects and examining the number of published articles showed that the economic subject category with a weighted average of 0.01729 has the highest weight, and among the subjects independently, the highest weight is related to the subject of public participation and urban democracy in management. It was a city with a weight of 0.01740.In terms of the number of articles, the most published articles are related to political, managerial and technological topics with 433,014 articles and the least articles are related to economic topics with 103,436 articles
